By using OnPitch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use means you accept any changes.

2. What OnPitch Is For

OnPitch is a tool to help grassroots football coaches manage player substitutions fairly during matches. It's designed for volunteer coaches working with youth teams (U7-U16).

OnPitch is a coaching aid, not a replacement for your judgment. You're still responsible for all decisions about player welfare, safety, and team management.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Use the app in accordance with your league's rules and fair play guidelines
  • Ensure you have appropriate consent to store player names
  • Keep your device secure
  • Don't use OnPitch for any unlawful purpose

4. Limitation of Liability

OnPitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We're not responsible for:

  • Decisions you make based on the app's suggestions
  • Any disputes with parents, players, or league officials
  • Data loss on your device
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

5. Intellectual Property

OnPitch and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Termination

You can stop using OnPitch at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
